Grand Bazaar & Spice Market Food Tour
The Grand Bazaar has 4,000 shops across 58 covered streets and has been trading continuously since 1455. Without guidance it is overwhelming; with a local guide it is an extraordinary education in Turkish culture, bargaining tradition, craft production, and food. The Mısır Çarşısı (Spice Bazaar) adds saffron, sumac, Turkish Delight, and the smell of a hundred spices to the experience.
